Subscription Services

Acutus provides expert intelligence newsroom services with tiered subscription plans:

• Basic ($150/month): Single-topic coverage with full story access
• Multi-Topic ($250/month): Unlimited topic coverage with advanced analytics
• Enterprise: Custom pricing with API access and tenant isolation

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not share, resell, or redistribute content without permission

Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided by Acutus, including stories, analysis, and derivative works, remains the property of Acutus, LLC. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal or internal business purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Acutus provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Modifications
